How quickly can we get started?

We’ll set up your school’s private administration console with sample data so you can see exactly how it works. Once you have your admin logins, you simply send registration codes to staff and parents — your community can be live in hours, not weeks.

Is our data secure?

Your data is hosted in a Carbon Neutral, ISO-certified European data centre. With round-the-clock monitoring, backup power, and full GDPR compliance, you can be confident your school’s information is safe and always available.

Can you help us prepare our staff list?

Yes. Whether you have spreadsheets, CSV files, or even just class lists, we’ll convert your data into the Calling Tree format for you. All we really need is: Name, Email and Phone. We’ll handle the rest and make rollout easy.

What number do messages come from?

Where available, we provide your school with a dedicated SMS/Voice number. Parents and staff can reply directly, and their responses appear instantly in your app and admin console. If a dedicated number isn’t possible, we’ll advise on the best alternative.

How many messages can we send?

Every package includes an allowance of messages per user. Our dedicated gateway can send 1,200 messages per minute — fast enough to reach your entire school community in seconds, whether by SMS, Voice, or both.

What languages are supported?

SMS can be sent in any language supported by your keyboard. Voice messages are available in most languages, with options for male/female voices and regional English accents.

Can we customise staff details?

Yes. In addition to standard fields (Name, Email, Team, Phone), you can add up to 20 custom fields. Schools often use these for Year Group, Site Location, Role, or Specialist Subject. This makes filtering and messaging fast and precise.

Do you support staff and parents directly?

We always support your school administrators. Depending on your plan, we can also provide direct help for staff and parents — including issuing app codes, troubleshooting, and handling usage queries. Everything we do is logged and reported back to you.

What reports can schools see?

You’ll see live delivery and response tracking every time you send a message. You’ll also have access to rollout reports (who has installed the app), last access stats, and full administrator action logs for accountability.

Can we share documents with staff?

You can upload PDFs (policies, safeguarding docs, site maps, timetables) to the admin console and make them available to staff or parents by group, year, or site. The app stores them securely and automatically updates everyone with the latest version.
