What is required to get up and running?
We create your private administration console, seeded with sample data for schools. You’ll receive logins for the admin site and time-limited app registration codes. From there, you can upload staff lists and roll out to testers. Most schools are ready in under an hour.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted in a Tier 3+ Carbon Neutral data centre in the Isle of Man. With ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications, N+1 power, generators and UPS, we deliver enterprise-grade security and uptime.
How much does it cost?

What number do messages come from?
In most countries we can provide a dedicated number for SMS and voice. Staff can reply and responses are logged in your console. If you don’t need replies, SMS can be sent from a branded text ID instead.
What if we run out of messages?
Every licence includes a generous allowance sized for normal school use — closures, safeguarding alerts, inspections, IT outages. If you ever approach the limit, we’ll let you know well in advance, and you can top up at low cost. Most schools never need to.
Do part-time staff count the same as full-time?
Yes — licensing is per person, not per device or shift. This ensures every member of staff can be reached in an emergency and keeps your budget simple to manage.
What languages can we use?
SMS can be sent in any language supported by your keyboard. Voice messages are available in most languages, with male/female voices and regional English accents.
Is there a minimum contract?
We offer annual licences for predictability. Multi-year discounts are available. Charities and not-for-profit schools can request special pricing.
