What number do messages come from?
In most countries we can provide a dedicated number for SMS and voice. Staff can reply, and responses are logged in your console. If replies aren’t needed, SMS can be sent from a branded text ID instead.
What if we run out of messages?
Every licence includes a generous allowance sized for normal law-firm use — cyber alerts, office closures, IT outages and urgent client updates. If you ever approach the limit, we’ll notify you well in advance and you can top up at low cost. Most firms never need to.
Do part-time staff count the same as full-time?

What languages can we use?
