Data and Safeguarding Summary
Banks, Financial Institutions, Law Firms, Schools, and Charities trust us with sensitive contact information. We take
that responsibility seriously and aim to be clear about how data is handled,
protected, and removed.
What data we hold
We only hold the information needed to deliver emergency and
operational communications, including:

of staff (and other contacts added by the your admnins)
- Contact
details such as phone numbers and email addresses
- Message
delivery records
- Acknowledgements
or responses where enabled
We do not collect unnecessary personal information.
Where your data is stored
All data is securely stored in a European data centre
located in Germany.
Germany operates under GDPR and has some of the strongest
data-protection standards in Europe. This ensures your data remains within
the EU and is handled in line with UK and EU privacy requirements.
Who can access the data
Access to data is strictly controlled:
- Only
authorised users approved by the you can access the system
- Administrative
access is limited and role-based
- System
access is logged and auditable
YOU remain in control of who can see and manage YOUR
data.
How long data is kept
Data is retained while you are an active customer.
Some system records (such as access logs) are retained for
a limited period to support safeguarding, audit, and operational needs.
Retention is kept proportionate and reviewed regularly.
Deleting your data
You can request data deletion at any time.
When an account is closed, data is securely deleted in line
with our retention processes. Confirmation can be provided on request.
